Others can count on you to be honest and trustworthy. You will do whatever your co-workers are doing. You will do your job and whatever you think your boss wants. If you are not very good at a particular task that's a part of your job, you should: Trade this task with a coworker who is really great at it for a task you like and they don't like to do. Work hard on improving in that area and make your self competent. Ask your manager to give you a different assignment, and then be the very best at that.
